Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Perchas Bike RentalsPerchas Bike Rentals values customer satisfaction and strives to provide reliable rental services for all reservations. Customers may cancel their rental appointment and receive a refund only if the cancellation is made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled rental appointment time. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. Additionally, once renters have physically left the rental location with the bicycles, all rentals become final and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including early returns, unused rental time, weather conditions, or changes in personal plans. Perchas Bike Rentals reserves the right to review exceptional situations at its sole discretion.
