Terms and Conditions for Perchas Bike Rentals Effective Date: May 7, 2026 By accessing or using the Perchas Bike Rentals website and rental services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Users must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to rent equipment and may be required to provide accurate personal information and valid identification during booking. Customers are fully responsible for all rented bicycles and equipment during the rental period and agree to operate them safely, responsibly, and lawfully. Bikes may not be used under the influence of drugs or alcohol or by unauthorized riders. All equipment must be returned in the same condition received, excluding normal wear and tear, and customers may be charged for damages, theft, loss, excessive dirt, or late returns. Cycling involves inherent risks, including injury, accidents, property damage, or death, and by renting equipment, users voluntarily assume all risks associated with bicycle use. Perchas Bike Rentals is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from use of rental equipment or participation in cycling activities. Riders are encouraged to wear helmets and follow all traffic laws and safety regulations, and Perchas Bike Rentals reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unable to operate equipment safely. Reservations may require advance payment or deposits, and users authorize Perchas Bike Rentals to charge applicable rental fees, taxes, damage fees, late fees, or other authorized charges. Prices are subject to change without notice. Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on reservation type, weather conditions, or operational circumstances, and refunds may require several business days to process. Perchas Bike Rentals also reserves the right to cancel reservations due to unsafe weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen events. Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful software, or interfere with website operations or security. All website content, including logos, graphics, text, and branding, is the property of Perchas Bike Rentals and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission. Use of the website is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information may be collected and used. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perchas Bike Rentals shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, business interruption, personal injury, property damage, or technical website issues.
